We are currently seeing duplication in our Feedbackloops with hotmail. Teneo SMTP Gateway service customers might receive the same complaint multiple times on their FBL account registered with Teneo. This does not affect in any way the IP reputation or domain reputation, and it's not taking into account by the Hotmail delivery statistics.
