Our MTA infrastructure has multiple pools of IP addresses. To each of these addresses a reputation is attached. The reputations is comparable to an attributed "score" based on past behaviour. This reputation is extremely important to assure good delivery rates and we therefore monitor this reputation 24/7. More importantly, our MTA infrastructure is designed so that it can automatically downgrade the use of an IP address when the reputation becomes lower then our standards. This will assure your campaign always gets delivered via the best possible reputation pools !
Inbox monitoring across then 60 Major ISP's
24/7 we have tools running that automatically monitor delivery rates at over more then 60 of the largest ISP's on the planet.
If a delivery issue should occur we are instantly notified and can handle the issue accordingly, assuring our customers with the highest delivery rates on the market.
Multiple Industry standard email authentication methods
Our MTA's are equipped with multiple email authentication standards and technologies such as SenderID / DKIM / SPF .
These technologies guarantee delivery of your emails at the inbox of your recipient. Teneo continuously researches new authentication methods and acquires them as necessary on the MTA infrastructure to obtain the highest delivery rates possible.
Builtin spam checks
While creating your campaigns you can check them for spam scoring on the fly, without ever sending one email. The days of sending your email to multiple test accounts is forever in the past. ISP's all over the world issue guidelines for bulk senders. These guidelines describe how you should offer your emails to their servers in order to get the best delivery results. ISP Feedback information
Some of the larger ISP's worldwide have FBL's which are giving us information on who complaint on what campaign. This allows us to cleanse subscriber lists to make sure that subscribers who do not want to receive email aren't receiving them. For every campaign sent out we receive continuous feedback via these FBL's allowing us to optimize subscriber lists resulting in better delivery rates for future campaigns.
Continuous blacklist monitoring
Our complete MTA infrastructure is being monitored 24/7 to assure it has a good reputation throughout the world. This is done by monitoring so called blacklists. These blacklists are actually lists that record all known spammers.
If, in a rare situation, on of our MTA's should appear on a blacklist we are instantly notified and take action to be taken off the blacklist.
Multiple IP pools
We use multiple IP pools to send your campaigns. each of these pools has a built up reputation and assures delivery of your campaigns. We have the possibility to assign specific IP pools to specific customers. This is a very powerful feature that allows us to separate your reputation from other customers.
