Connecting your CRM or other databases to our platform

Interspire by Teneo allows you to connect via an XML API interface to our platform. This enables you to integrate your backend database systems to the Interspire platform, synchronising data, subscriber lists, unsubscribes, list segmentation, etc ...

Via the XML API you can perform requests on your subscribers lists to review unsubscribes, new registrations, get full subscriberslists, request custom field data and many more.
This will allow you for example to segment lists based on custom fields that are synchronised with your CRM database, allowing you to further improve customer experiences, resulting in a better ROI.
